Horrible customer service. I was told the wrong date that my household goods would be delivered. So my family and I all got to sleep on the floor of our new house for a week while a stuff was 20 mins down the road. After spending hundreds of dollars on things I that should have been delivered days before, I was told that it was my fault that I didn't set up the date sooner. So the customer service set up a phone review to review all the previous calls made before. I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. Eleven days later I got a response again telling me it was my fault I didn't set up a delivery date. Even though I was told the pod would be in the local area for another week, the day before it arrived in Washington. After another week or so of trying to get a hold of some who could finally help me and being told "someone will contact you tomorrow", of course that didn't happen, I was told by an agent that " she was not going to waste anymore of her time on me and she was going to help me anymore", i decided to stop wasting my own time and gave up. I would never recommend PODS to anyone! Horrible!
