Customer service is what PODS is all about. My house was sold and I was a week away from closing. My POD was delivered on time at 10AM in the morning. The driver, Carlos, was patient and accommodating in helping to decide the best placement of the unit, despite the frigid temperatures. Two hours later that same day, the contract fell through on my house. I called PODS and explained the situation. My rep, Kory, took care of reversing all of the charges on my credit card, rescheduling a delivery date, and retrieval of the unit all with one phone call. PODS is a company totally focused on servicing the customer in the best possible way. The people and the service are A in my book and I would recommend them to anyone.
