I purchased a refrigerator and television from hhgregg and paid by check. Delivery was scheduled. Requested am delivery.By 3pm I called store only to find out they lost my check and canceled the delivery without ever contacting me. The assistant manager said "we cannot deliver until you pay for merchandise" I did pay. Was it my fault you lost the check and did not contact me?
After going round and round, I called the operations manager who agreed to deliver next day. Morning delivery again requested. This was to be a cod. At 8am the driver called to say he could not come until 12:30-1:30 pm. I said ok. At 1:30 I called the store again and was told delivery would take another 2 hours.
I had enough abuse from hhgregg and canceled the order.
I would not ever enter an hhgregg store, if my life depended on it.
