The online vault download exceeded my usage threshold on Wildblue satellite service so want to discontinue. I phone the customer service number and am directed to web site: www.pcpowerspeed.com/help. Upon trying to access I get:: Oops! This link appears broken. "DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found." I will call my credit card company and have them reverse the charge! This appears to be a scam!
