Bill. Ms.net charging my master card account and i have no idea what for wa

This company is charging my Mastercard account and I do not know who the company is or what they are charging me for. I have contacted my Mastercard company and they told me they would send me paperwork to refuse the charge, but I would need to contact the company... I have no phone number for the company, so how do I get this corrected?
