I am a college student at CSU, San Bernardino. There was a guy on campus trying to sell magazine subscriptions to students. I wasn't thinking very clearly at the time and I know better than to fall for something like that, but I gave him money anyways.
As soon as I was feeling better, I realized that it must have been a scam, so I searched the internet and found many complaints against this "company", if it actually exists. I know I will never receive any magazines and I'm out the cash that I handed over to this guy. Do not buy magazines from anywhere except the actual magazine companies, and especially not from a company called Circulation II, Inc. - it doesn't exist. The website address on the receipt is bogus and the PO Box is closed.
