I have spend waited 3 weeks to have a tv repaired. I spend 4.5 hours 3 times a week at center and no tv. 7 treatments and tv still not fixed. Was told by letter on tv that repairman called on 5 10 11 days after went down now the repairman coming at the end of the month. Why so long. I feel this is too long. Why so long. I call a repair company it happens the next day not weeks. Please help.
