I have a 2000 Ford Windstar. A few years after i bought it the paint started to bubble on the hood. After a piece chipped off. The entire hood proceeded to peel away. And then spots on the rear and sides started to do the same thing. I have looked for recalls on this only to discover that there are a ton of people out there with the same problem. Ford motor company is very aware and refuses to fix the problems because it would be too costly to them.
