On Feb 28 i made a deposit of 900.00 for apartment rental available April 1. Based on the circumstances the conditions of the electrical inspection was and still has not been done. There has been power outages between the first and second floor. Also electrical sockets not working. Leaking bathroom sinks, no phone jacks, mice etc. Many complaints has been made between the third and first floor. No action has been taken. Based upon these complaints except for unprofessional comments and calling tenants for rent there is no one main responsible party available when needed. This multi-family house has been funded through a rehab program in which all parties who maybe or are responsible lacks the ability to meet standards of policy, laws or bylaws in which benefits the tenants for the tenants for which it provides.
