In oct contacted county due to electrical fire and power issues new management shortly after in nov county came second and third time when they failed to comply we were without power over month they charged us full rent we had no heat still full rent we lived by flashlights laterns and extension cords to one working outlet in house for electric heater couldn't afford to move due to medical reasons lost hundreds of dollars in the ordeal and still nothing they tried to move us into a smaller trailer same rent price no working heat and the old tenants moved because electrical issues as well aluminum wiring root cause to this day they fixed our electrical but not a leaking window water heater ect ect flat out refusal by management for owners mailing info or contact for owner will be suing in small claims for 1600 plus lost wages and suffering
