Well based on the 48 hour requirement for general entry into apartment Dobler ignored this rule and posted on door that there would be an inspection (Annual) and only gave 24 hour notice. If I understand washington law correctly they are supposed to give us 48 hour notice only 24 hour notice is require for emergency purposes and there was no emergency! Most people can not change their schedules in 24 hours to accommodate a so called "annual" inspection. Most tenants were freaking out trying to make plans or calling into work so they could be home for the inspections. I also have some other comments about how they do their business practices the non existent repair people, the unwillingness to work with tenants that have been renting from them 2 years or more the consistent raising of the rent when all other apartments in the area have not raised rent for at least 2 years. When I can move out I am going to and I am going to make sure I never rent from Dobler Management again! If I could leave now I would but I am stuck for now. Do not rent from Dobler Management or you will be sorry.
