I purchased two Panasonic Limix DMC-ZS7 12.1 MP Digital Cameras on Mar. 15. I phoned to request a PRINTED complete user manual Part No. VQT2R48 (which Panasonic charges $23.69 plus shipping of $3.00) and was given an Order Number of #4036902. It is now May 10 and after several follow up calls to this department I finally requested to speak with a supervisor who informed me that my order was never properly completed by their employee in the first place and that the personnel I spoke to on my follow up calls did not pick up on this error, so my order has never been placed. Karen, the supervisor I spoke with said she will correct this order and call me back within two hours to inform me when I can expect to receive my order. I have no faith what-so-ever in this company and their ability to provide back up service for their products.
