consumer complaints has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account,
They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Consumer complaints is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, consumer complaints has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more. Consumer complaints is investigating more on this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address https://usacomplaints.com/view.Asp? Id=76605

I recieved a call at 8:30 (a little late for a call from a credit card co.) and the rep. On the other line said that I was approved for a $3,500 Master Card with very little interest rates (something like 6.2%), no annual fee ever, blah blah blah. They also offered a vacation package for being applying for the card. The only thing was, I had to pay $279 as an introduction. They set me up for a date that my account was to be drafted.

That day came along, and my account was drafted. It's been about 6 weeks and still no word. I tried searching for this company or any information where I could contact them and all I see is reports on this company and how others have been ripped off. I'm not exactly wealthy, and $279 is alot of mney for me, and for them to go off and do that is wrong! Just plain wrong!

I've tried calling them and all they do is put me on hold and hang up, or tell me that a manager will contact me (yeah, right! I'm sure they we're trined to say that). So far, I still have not recieved my package of B.S. (I already know I'm not getting my card) and I still can't get this resolved. All I want at this point is my refund. I don't want the card or whatever services they have to offer.
