Not just Tupper Lake, the whole upper tier of NY, State is riddled with incompetent power hungry abusive Judges.
Some years ago in Plattsburgh, NY, one such Judge put my 51/2 yr's old granddaughter into Fostercare, into a home infamous for sexual molestation of all the State's children entering its doors.
Said Judge blocked my every attempt to protect the child. Fact is, for attempting to free her from mind-bending Abuse I was systematically (the Judge, the system, etc., etc.) labled the troublemaker... Threatened with jail... Placed under Police surveillance.
Unfortunately the 11 Amendment protects Judges ALL TO WELL. One can wreck havoc on your life WITH NEAR IMPUNITY.
In my case the Judge finally went after a powerful family's child, which brought about his removal from the bench.
Mindfully, most, NY, State's, prisons are located within the upper tier of the state. Upstate, NY, is overflowing with fosterhomes, rehabs, mental institutions. All are "cash cows", of particular concern for jobless upstate, NY.
Hence, do Judges in Tupper Lake and those of all of upstate, NY, get away with so much abusive behavior given their position to incarcerate ever more people, deliver even innocent families' childrento the system, places individuals into rehab's and mental home, thereby serving them up to the "cash cow", thereby keeping upstate, NY, economically afloat? You decide.
