I purchased synthetic hair extensions from this business. At the time of purchase I was not told about the return policy on fake hair, which I was later told is against the law. When I brought home the extensions to try them on, I was upset to find out they were too dark for my hair color. I figured I would just go back to the store and return the product as stated on the back of the receipt. When I was at the counter I was rudely told by an employee that it was against the law to take them back. I was shocked, as I had never heard of this and she was quite abrupt with her tone. I was honestly taken back by it. I asked her again about it and explained to her that I was not told this at the time of purchase, and the only words she said to me were "It's against the law for us to take them back." No apology, no remorse, least I say any polite customer service. I was very upset with this experience, and I don't believe I should have been talked to, or treated in the manor as I received it. Had someone at this establishment taken the time to do their job correctly when they made this sale, I would not have felt like I was to be blamed for not understanding the return policy on hair extensions. Needless to say, I will NOT ever purchase anything from this business again, and I will be sure to tell everyone and anyone I know about this terrible experience.
