I usually buy store located in West Oaks Mall 9401 West Colonial Dr. Suite # 626 Ocoee Fl. 34761. On Sept 5 I went to the mentioned store and decided to buy certain pieces for my kids. When I was at the register the girl tells me that she didn't have any bills to give me back my change. She proceeded to inform we that all she had was dimes and nickles and she wanted to give me three or four dollars in dimes and nickles. I told her that I was not going to accept that to talk to the girl in the next register and ask her for one dollar bills, she informed me that she was not allow to do that. I ask to talk to the manager (Frank he refused to give me his last name) and I ask him to please get one dollar bills from the other register and his answer was no he can't do that. I think this manager was not to smart since he didn't plan that since it was a long weekend probably he need to get more change or get the change from the other register. He was a rude and unprofessional person.
Another incident like a month ago I was at the same store and as I proceeded to pay only one register was opened and there was around six people waiting in line and to make it worst there was around four employees doing nothing at the floor. I ask if it was posible to open another register and this same manager said no and at this time I had to wait around 20 mns to pay for my items.
