The Escalator in the south atrium of Queen's Quay Terminal in Toronto has been broken for four months. The only way people can come to the second floor is the two elevators. Last Sunday, one of the elevator broken as well (That one being fixed pretty fast). Most of the people don't want to use the elevator to go from the first floor to second floor. We heard the reason for the non-fixing it's because no one is paying for the money. However, the rent that we pay is quite a lot. Can't the property management office use some of those money to fix the escalator?
