Ripoff scam illegal wrong, please read our story if you ever heard of these people

PLEASE HELP,
My boyfriend and I just found out today that his checking account was empty, completely dry, due to these frauds. He tried to call them several times after recieving the piece of mail that said he was a "prefered customer" but everytime they hung up on him. We went to the bank and they are trying to get his money back into his account. Is there nothing that we can do? All these complaints, can't we legally go after them for fraud?
