Friendship Baptist Church recently purchased a sign for the church from Alavista Signs. Sales consultant was Mr. Rafael B. When the signed was being installed we noticed a lot of flaws in the sign. I mentioned this to the man who was installing the sign, and he said I would have to get with our sales consultant. I spoke with Mr. B., which he also came by the church and saw all the flaws and assured me that would be taken care. The church is also owed a refund from Alavista Signs in the sum $2500 from the original price of the signed that was purchased and could not be installed.
