We started an account with them and they required a certified check to began the process. 1st flag. We were told not to contact the client before going out, 2nd flag. I went to five appointments and the clients were angry and stated they were not interested in a Reverse Mortgage. I pointed this out to my Account Representative and was told that if you call them before going out this qualifies as an active lead and will be counted as a scheduled visit. We heard a recorded message with the telemarketer and a client. It was a fast talking individual who did not take the time needed to explain the services to the client and I never heard the client ask for a requested visit or confirm interest in the program.
