David Opatosky UPS Store 5299, Bagel Boy Scam artist, steals mail, always creeping around sorting mail and touching his genitals, peeks through cracks at customers

I am related to this man although I felt compelled to disclose this information. David Opatosky of UPS store 5299 is a registered sex offender. He only hires woman at his store and he touches his genitals while brushing up against female employees only to say it was an accident. He also told me that he opens peoples mail if he feels there is a gift card, money, or debit card or pin. He told me that he knows through years of experience how to recognize these things. I think this is wrong.
