As a consumer I have the right to my opinion especially since I pay for my CoverGirl products and they are not given to me. I have been a faithful and loyal CoverGirl customer for the past ten years. When I call in to make a suggestion I should not have to encounter a CoverGirl Team Representative who wants to have an argument with me. I will continue to call in, just like I recently received a letter a few days ago and I believe that all Team Representatives have been trained to tell the consumers the same thing. I will continue to call in until my voice is heard or until I see changes being made on the end of the advertising.
