In March we purchased a software licence from pacific dreams which was to give us discount rates on vacation hotels condos etc. We tried to get our money back shorty after we joined. We were told by the sales person to try the service and if didn't like it they would return our money.in February of this year we tried to us the service. We contacted them several times to get us a condo in Phoenix, AZ. We called about 6 times and each time they promised they would call back but never did. We finally got them to book us a hotel in Mesa, AZ but when we arrived the hotel was not fit to live in. We found ourselves another place but they would not honour rewards for this place. When we returned to Canada we called them and requested our money back as the serive would not working for us. We where also given a complimentary condo week certificate which is now outdated as they did not help us get a condo within the year. We have $5495.00 invested in the vacation club and it is no use to us.
