There has been a progressive game being played called "The Queen of Hearts" It involved getting a "holder" ticket and then if called, going up to a board with playing cards on it and picking a card off of the board (face down). This "prize" progressed to $11.000 on 04/24. The "Operator" of this establishment, Jesse's, girlfriend just happened to win this prize. I find this EXTREMELY coincidental if not ILLEGAL, and will be sending a complaint to the apppropriate authorities.
