This is a home based business scam. They want to get you to build a website so that they can generate leads for credit cards that you can sell. Then they will offer to do an email blast to generate interest in the leads.
They take the money, but build no website and no marketing activities. Its a complete scam.
My father is out quite a bit of money as his is almost 80 years old and just wanted to believe them.
