Ray Allen and Gwen West are both silver-tongued and very clever at making their leads sound exactly what you are looking for. Do not be taken in by them.
I applied for their offer of 50 free leads through their website. Gwen left me a telephone message to say that I had to contact her before the free leads could be sent (unlike any other lead company I have dealt with) and, when I called and spoke to her, it was like being hypnotized! Now I understand why they wanted me to phone - they are very persuasive - and I parted with my money (more than I could really afford) with high expectations.
I did not receive my first batch of leads, and had to contact Ray Allen. I have had to contact him for every single batch since. Each time, he says that they had been sent by email, but the only ones I received were after I phoned him for them. He didn't seem to believe this, and he sent the last batch by mail (even though, at that point, I had become completely disillusioned and told him that I didn't want anything more to do with him, Gwen, or FIS Marketing!).
I have found that their leads are exactly as Sonia describes: they do not appear to be 'real' leads, but other people like myself, who are being sold and re-sold as leads by FIS Marketing.
I have complained several times to Ray Allen, but all he has told me is that they are doing their job by sending me leads, how I deal with them is down to me and that they have a 'no refund' policy (of course).
I can only reiterate what Sonia has said - DON'T BUY LEADS FROM THIS COMPANY! Please be warned by our bad experience. (By the way, I never received any free leads either).
