Bob is getting well known for promising elaborate mortgage lead generating campaigns on the internet which leaves us, the mortgage lenders, believing that we are getting fresh exclusive leads. Bob talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Marketing Outsource is a scam. There are no internet campaigns. There are no banner exchanges or affiliates.
What Bob Anderson of Marketing Outsource www.marketingoutsource.com actually does is buy in OLD LEADS from those generators who ARE able to generate mortgage leads.
Marketing Outsource does NOT generate their own leads. After you have handed over thousands of dollars to Bob (as I have done) you wait and wait and wait for these leads to arrive. They never do. 3 months later I was still waiting for the leads to show up, all the while listening to Bob's tap dance about how his site had been "hacked" and how competitors were "auto populating" his form and how he was filing lawsuits blah blah blah.
Mortgage lead buyers, you have been WARNED. This guy is a con man and he will rip you off. Best thing you can do is click off www.marketingoutsource.com and go find some other better site. Bob wants to play in the big leagues and thinks he's a "marketer".
REALITY CHECK: Bob buys in other peoples lead leftovers and then sells them as his own to unsuspecting lenders like myself (and more than likely others, because he has the whole legal "thing" down pat, as in "don't harrass me and don't call me - only contact me by postal mail" - after he's scurried off to the bank like the cockroach he is with money that does not belong to him).
I hope this post prevents another lender out there from being ripped off.
