They claim to be an auction, but the darn program resets every time another bids. Wavee claimed all these low cost purchases, but this was my experience after joining their program for 179 dollars. I submitted three bids and three days later it was still resetting at 20 seconds at a time. Sorry but I don't have that kind of time to sit at my computer. I requested my money be returned and they refused; no refunds. I stopped payment on my credit card and as of April I was forced to pay the 179.
