I purchased a Dell computer with a service agreement that called for next business day service that included nights and weekends. QLX World Wide Tech Services was the third party provider. Dell delivered the parts to the QLX technition in Schaumburg, IL on 4/19. He called my home phone on 4/20 and left a message. He should have called my cell phone that was provided. I called the number that he left me and his company several times. They are not able to reach him either. They also indicated that they do not provide services after 5pm. I paid Dell additional money for the night and weekend service. It is now 4/22 and there is still no word on when the computer will be repaired.
