Owner is the sole runner of company and Mr. Greg is nasty and unprofessional
I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by this "MAN". He is the sole person handling this business and he isn't a good person to be doing so. He' hard to contact, the answeering service tells you to wait for represenative, then goes directly to voice mail. My message wasn't addressed so I contact via email with my compliants. The man responded and lied about my shipment being on the way. I checked with FED-EX, they hadn't recieved anything from them;for me, I then sent another email the next day around 2P.M. He responded about 5P.M. And said my order was mailed that day. When I asked him why did he lie and tell me it was sent the day before, he wouldn't give me a honest answer, "that he lied". I to him not to send it at all and that I would be contacting BBB and Buyer's Beware.
He told me if I did he would sue me for slander. I stood up on behalf of myself and other custermers by protesting I had right's as a "Paying Custermer" to do so.
He told me the items had been shipped and that I could send them back!!!
I checked with FED-EX again, because I wasn't taking his word, and they had the packaged checked in at 5:45P.M.
He had to of finally sent the package after our last email conversation, package tracking don't lie!
I recieved the items and both parts were scratched and unscurely wrapped!
