Please do not get this service. I moved into my complex on the 1st. These people have jerked me around with getting service set up since then. They told me the earliest i can get a tech is on the 9th, and I HAVE TO PAY THE ENTIRE MONTH BILL! It is unreal. Their customer service is the worst thing ever. They can't even provide a corporate phone number... Please please please save yourself the headache, don't get this service... Words can't express my ange
