On June 17 I oredered two pop up tents for an event i was having on the fourth of July. When I received my tents and opened them I immediately notice I was sent the wrong merchandise. I was unable to contact Great Sports because it was a holiday weekend, however after the holiday I contacted Great sports and was asked to send pictures of the items that was sent to me. I complied after the reviewed of the pictures they admitted to sending the wrong tents and offered to refund me a $100 of the two hundred I paid for the tents and I agreed. They told me it would take 30days to received my refund and it has now been 60days and I have not received anything. I have sinced sent three e-mails in reference to the matter because this is how you must communicate with them, no one is available to speak with you on the phone and still have not received a response from anyone. Please, please, please whatever you do, do not and I repeat do not deal with them. They also have a all sales is final clause but that did not apply to me because I was sent the wrong items, They are bad for business, don't walk run from them... Seriously
