I order merchandise more than 2 months ago (mid January), was promptly charged for it, and have yet to receive it (March 31). At one point I was getting "updates" about my account status, but those seem to have stopped despite the fact that I still do not have the merchandise, nor a refund. All my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Shop there at your own peril!
