This guy is suing me and 1700 other agents for trademark infringement without any real evidence. He's game is to threaten agents into settling before trial so he can get big bucks. Even if 200 agents settle and give him the $5000 he's asking for he would be an instant millionaire. And, unfortunately for him, I'm not one of those agents and refuse to give him even a penny. So I did a little research to see what else I could find on him and came across this site and decided to exercise my free speech rights. He's claims are completely bogus because:
1. I've NEVER used that name.
2. My contract was with CF Real Estate Loans
3. According to a few attorneys, we are just an employee of the company and not responsible for their actions.
4. The name "REMAX All Cities realty" and "All cities realty" are NOT the same (according to attorneys).
So why is he going after us??? That's probably the only way he knows how to make money, judging by the reports found here.
JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL you soulless being.
Because of your unfounded claims I'm loosing business. Maybe I should sue you for that. Something to consider.
To all agents and consumers out there... Be very wary of this man.
