When the men came to put up the carport. I call my husband oh my name is Shawanda im sorry my husband Charles got from work he had to get a money order to pay the men. They were waiting at the driveway when my Charles pull up they didnt give him a chance to look at the carport they pull off. And a couple days later i look at it and i call eagle carport to tell them about the problem and a woman told me some one will contact me but they never did. So a week pass bye i call back again a woman answer the phone and i told her the reason why i was calling she told me to hold on then a man came on the phone. I told him my complaint he told me i need to send him pictures online i told him i didnt know how to do that and i dont have a camera. He said can i get a camera from somebody i told him no. I also told him they got our money and if we arent satisfied they supposed to give us our money back or solved the problem. He said he couldn't do that so we mad customers that not happy. I told the he will be talking to my lawyer could you please help cause money is hard to come by it four of us in the house 2 adult and 2 childrens 5,12 and we are barely making it.
