We ordered jaccuzi (real jaccuzi) on March 14, and we got this on April 5. After many complaints from me they delay our project of remodeling. Although, we ordered item they have on stock (last one that fitted our needs) they sent the wrong one. We changed a lot of e-mails, talking on the phone with Diane, chatting through the computer with Angela. She told us they we need to get RGA#, and what I got today that it was a special order and cannot be returned.
