Alex Simanovsky of www.autolemonlaws.com is a Georgia based attorney that practices Lemon Law representation in dozens of states under a cooperating attorney of that state. Problem is that he will take your case in whatever state you he has a cooperating attorney and then never respond or communicate with you in any way during the course of time he has your suit.
In my particular case, after we had a signed contract, not once did he ever respond personally to any of my calls or e-mails over a four month period. I had finally had enough and contacted the cooperating attorney to let him know I would be filing a formal complaint against all of them with the state bar's of each attorney, when "lo and behold" withing 5 minutes I finally heard back from Mr. Simanovsky.
But the only reason he called was to tell me that in hindsight, he felt my case had no merit and he would be unable to assist me after all ~ after wasting 4 months of my time. He stated he would "refer" me to someone locally that could maybe help.
Needless to say, I never heard from his referral and after deciding to contact another attorney on my own, I was told that I could not file a Lemon Law suit, as my deadline had passed during the time Mr. Simanovsky had my suit.
Imagine my surprise to learn that my vehicle which I bought BRAND NEW, that had 19 Car Fax reports on it over a two year period, no longer qualified for a buy back because this sorry excuse for an attorney had missed the Lemon Law deadlines. Not only did he cost me that opportunity, but he blatantly LIED to me about the reasons he could no longer help me, and never once mentioned to me or apologized for missing the deadline.
Now, almost a year later, still stuck with the same vehicle, I have had to hire another attorney (at no small expense to sue this idiot) and to date there has still been no resolution.
Throughout the entire time we have tried to negotiate with him and his attorney they have done nothing but use delay and stalling tactics to avoid dealing with us honestly.
This guy is really bad news. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY ~ Alex Simanovsky and Associates or his associate David Lilley of Texas if you want to get your lemon law suit resolved.
