Case filed at the end of last year still in litigation. During the first three months, the firm would not return telephone messages. Finally after six months, got to speak to the attorney. The attorney was unfamiliar with the case thus giving bad advice.
This firm's motiv operandi is to not return messages and allow the the legal assistant to handle cases. The legal assistant missed deadline and could not schedule a court date to save her soul.
After $2,000 and no court date, consulted another attorney that said case should have been heard within two or three weeks after it was filed. Had to release attorney of her duty and hire another attorney.
If you want OC (opposing counsel) to make you and your attorney do tricks like a trained circus act, hire Lynn Carroll. Absolute joke!
