Gosh I'm sorry it doesn't work - call the manufacture

My Presto Bizcard reader says it's compatible with Lotus Notes but it's not reading a single card. It arrived after 5PM yesterday I tried to install it at 9AM today... I called them at 10:30 only to be told - sorry - you opened it... We can't take it back... Call the manufacturer. Next time I will by-pass Frye's and buy directly from the MFg's web-site.

Customer service - not so much - they have my money - who care if I ever shop there again.
