I called this agency and Mr. Blazowich mentioned that the cost for the "call" will be $35.00 that afternoon a technician called "Jim" give a estimation to repair my refrigerator for $249.00 for a filter and the cage for the filter. I asked him to tell me the price of the parts for the job but he just said" it is cheaper that buying another refrigerator" and he requested half of the total cost fro the repair with a check made up to the owner's name not to the agency. I give him a check for $110.00 because I did not have more money at that moment. I checked the price of the parts with some providers and the cost for each part was $15.00 and $35.00. I believed that they were over charging me asking for $249.00. The next morning I called them and I cancelled the repair. I asked them to take the money for the "called" and send me the rest of my money. Mr Blazowich was very upset and mentioned that he will keep all my money and if I call the Business Bureau he will take me to court, so far I have not receive the rest of my money.
