This site takes advantage of people in regards to subscription renewals. Basically, a member's subscription is renewed on a yearly basis and does so automatically. Now I am aware of many sites/membership programs that do this, however all of them send you a reminder BEFORE the due date of the renewal in an effort to allow you to either cancel the membership or decide to renew. Flightleveljobs.com however, sends an email to the member the day after the credit card is charged. Upon contacting the administration regarding the matter, they hid behind the legalities and fine print of the situation and with absolutely no regard for customer service and satisfaction, declined to refund my money.in a time where the aviation industry is on it's knees, flightleveljobs.com has gone a step further to take advantage of the situation and show no fortitude or professionalism towards their members or the industry it claims to support. The aviation industry is very close-knit and I have taken it upon myself to ensure that no more of my colleagues fall into the same trap and steer them away from this business.
