About a month ago, I purchased a Vio lap top from Sony.com usa, and out of the box the product was defective.
I contactd the Sony (Which is not an easy task to do. You cannot find anywhere to contact and complain. They just refer you to Sony e.com which has to do with repair. While the person has a complaint, and no one in this corpartion give a damn.
The only thing they do, is sell, and then when told this is a defective product you sent me, their response is: Our policy does not include replacement or andy refund.
I asked them who wrote your policy?" Al Capon?) or " Ali BaBa and his 40 theives?"
The only thing this company does, is ripping off the American consumers.
I just wrote a letter to US attorney general. But my problem is that I cannot send any copy to anyone of the executive officers. Anywhere I call, refuse to give me any mailing or e-mail address. If anyone buys any Sony products, must be out of his mind.
