Cashed a Fraud check using my 3 yr old Sons name & wrong account address - I can only link it to Blue Cross ins payments

Fraud check showed on my account but using my son's name & wrong address for checking account. I can only link my sons name & use on my checking account back to payments to Blue Cross/Athem for insurance premiums. And they have not notified me of any breach in their computer systems puting insurance users at risk...
