I ordered the Garmin 3790 on 01-28and paid $383.21 which the order went to Digital Payilion Electronics LLC order #002-6412726-6630658. I have not used it until this past week and was having problem with turn by turn voice announce. I called Garmin, they corrected the problem and wanted to upgrade and register it. When we were connected they informed me this unit hit the satellite on 12-27 which means it was used when I made the purchase at new price. I did not order a used unit I wanted and paid for new. I think this is a fraud and I want it replaced on total refund.
