I made an order on February 19 for a package of 4 refurbished Blackberry Storms 9530, order number 22012. On February 22 I was notified that I had to pay an extra $60 approximately in order for them to ship it to me because it was an international order, and I paid that extra charge on the 28th of February. It is now March 30 and I have received nothing, not even the tracking number that they claimed they would send me via e-mail to track my shipment. I would like to get a refund if I cannot recieve what I ordered.
