4-13 I placed an order for 5 1oz silver bars and paid $231 via paypal 4-14 notified my order will arrive in 3-4 weeks 5-23 "shipping soon!" 6-05 I began trying to contact anyone at legacybullion via phone or email 6-07 I looked into filing a dispute with PayPal, but the time for that has expired. 6-09 I started leaving voicemails daily. The phone is never answered, even during thier posted office hours. 6-13 Still haven't received anything. No product, no refund.
