The company overbooked trying to handle 3 wedding at once. Told me they could handle 250 guests, then asked me to downsize my guest list two weeks before because they were worried about the amount of people. My guest count was 230,20 guests below what they said they could handle. The night before the wedding, they came to me and asked that I get rid of the head table. They had a wedding in the very same room up until 4 oclock. Mine started at 5.. Which didn't allow them enough time to prepare for my wedding. When we entered the room the wedding cake and gifts were in the center of the room. They were supposed to be on the outer walls. The cake because of where they located it, was continually bumped and began to lean. They shortened cocktail hour by about 15 minutes to hurdle everyone inside. Didn't have enough employees to handle 230 people. Dinner hour turned into dinner hours. Our dinner was to be served at 7 the head table was just beginning to receive their meal at 8:20.. The rest of the guests were still waiting. The tables were never cleared until way after 9:30. I paid for a DJ to play dinner music because the inne of the abingtons over booked and couldn't handle it. I had about a 1 1/2 hour reception and it should have been a three hour. They demanded to paid in a cashiers check because there is nothing you can do to fight for our money back, except for suing them.

After complaining, all they did was say we were sorry. After spending nearly 20 grand on my wedding day. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you don't care about how your wedding turns out.
