I ordered flowers for a funeral and when I checked my acct they had overcharged my acct also. When I called they said they were out of Canada and the overcharge was the currency rate difference, she also said they would refund immediately. My question is, why did they come up as in the town that I wanted to send the flowers to when they were not and why don't they put their address on the website so people know that.
