I have been dealing with a company for years called Ellarah's which was previously ellarah arts and crafts that has had its name stolen. If you typed in ellarahs previous to when the company started all you would find would be ellara which was some sort of game but not the same name, suddenly they have all popped up feeding on the advertising of ellarah arts and crafts and the creative property that a company should be able to keep. The company listed has decided to do such a thing which should be concidered stealing. A name heftis not a production line item and should not be treated as such.
