I spoke to owner Woody Whorton who assured me if I paid in full, I would have the bouncer for the party unless there was bad weather. I paid him 3 weeks BEFORE birthday on 3/26. On Wed. The 24th he leaves a message on phone that he had emergency and to go get "the refund" with his wife. I called wife next morning and after explaining to her that all these plans had been made and that this was not just a regular birthday, it was an adoption, she said "she would deliver it if I could find her manpower to download it." I agreed. She said she would deliver Friday the 25th, not to worry.
At 4pm on Friday, Woody calls telling me "his wife had no business telling me that" and cancelled. First tries to lie his way through and without any compassion. Made fun of me because i was crying when I spoke to his wife. Shame on you and shame on your business practices. Know that you have left my 8 yr old with her school friends coming to a party that has no bouncer now! Come tell her that. You said "I can go and try to find another one", are you paying the difference in price? It is easy for you to say, not as easy to fix. I will never again deal with you and will make sure to tell everyone that wants to listen about your business practices.
